Biotech Movers
Updated April 16, 2026
Stocks with the most signal activity right now: fund position changes, insider purchases, and upcoming catalysts from 20 specialist biotech hedge funds. Ranked by composite activity score.
How the activity score works
What counts as a mover?
Any biotech stock with recent signal activity: new or changed fund positions from the latest 13F filings, insider purchases in the last 30 days, or an upcoming catalyst within 90 days. Stocks are ranked by an activity score that weights these signals.
How often is this updated?
This page refreshes every hour. Fund position data updates quarterly after 13F filing deadlines. Insider signals are ingested daily from SEC EDGAR Form 4 filings. Catalyst dates are refreshed weekly.
What does the activity score mean?
The activity score combines the number of funds with recent position changes, insider buying activity and dollar volume, catalyst proximity, and fund convergence. Higher scores indicate more concurrent signal activity around a stock.
Are exits and trims included?
Yes. Fund exits and trims appear in the table because they are actionable signals. A multi-fund exit from a stock is just as informative as a multi-fund accumulation.
